New Immigrant Crackdown Affects Employers
The United Stated Department of Homeland Security is leading the attack on Immigrant Workers. The government's web site  lists requirements. Please check with your business attorney about this issue.
Problems to watch out for:
  1. Employees who Social Security information does not match ("No-Match")
  2. Employees who show questionable documents supporting an I-9
  3. Employees with no verifiable work and school history
